We only spent a single night on this lady as we quickly established we were ready to take her (down).
After a wipe shortly before the end of the raid we decided to go back, clear all respawns, and then one-shot her on our return. The plan worked perfectly and only the council stands between us and Illidan.

Teron Gorefiend went down on only the second night of tries, right after we cleared the trash for the second time.
The fight was all about mastering the Ghost's pet bar.
It went smoothly after people managed to kill their constructs in time so they could help others.

It is good to be back in The Black Temple again after a couple of weeks in Hyjal - even better to kill something with Akama dying after only two tries.
We had attempted him a few weeks ago with no prepared strategy, but this time we went prepared and two shotted him.
